Titan Manga drops final trailer for RESIDENT EVIL: DEATH ISLAND VOL. 1

Titan Manga, in partnership with CAPCOM and the Death Island Film Partners, has released the final trailer for Resident Evil: Death Island, Vol. 1, ahead of its release on September 29, 2026.

The manga adapts the 2023 CG feature film of the same name, relocating readers to the notorious prison island of Alcatraz, where the survival horror franchise mainstays Chris Redfield, Leon S. Kennedy, Jill Valentine, Claire Redfield, and Rebecca Chambers converge to confront a bioterror outbreak turning the island into a battleground for survival.

Adapting the film is manga artist Zino (full name Zino Kodakujii, credited simply as Zino), who originally serialized the story on Kadokawa’s Comic Hu section via the Nico Nico Seiga platform from May 2023 to March 2024. Known for high-impact action storytelling, Zino brings that same visceral, cinematic pacing to the Resident Evil cast, expanding on the character-driven beats the film’s runtime couldn’t fully explore.
